Photograph: One recent Passport size Photograph Photo should be size 2 X 2 inches in white background, matt finish, and 70 to 80 percent face.

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company letterhead (if self-employed) stating the applicant’s name, passport number, the purpose of visit, duration of visit, and the number of entries applied.

Hotel vouchers and day-to-day itinerary from Local Japan tour operator.

Ticket copy: Confirmed Return Ticket copy

If company employee

• Company Noc letter with company seal & sign.(Company Noc letter format)
• Salary slip for last 06 months

If self-employed

• Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that the owner of this company  
• Company bank statement for last 06 months with bank seal and sign.
• Income Tax Returns 03 years

If Minor:

• Birth Certificate;
• No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper;
• ID proof of parent like a passport or PAN card.

If Retired

• Company relieving letter/ Agreement copy
• Pensioner Bank Statement.

Financials documents:

a)Original Personal Bank Statement for the last six months and stating the applicant's name, address, and account number along with the Bank’s name, Telephone Number, Bank's stamp & signature of the authorized signatory.

b)Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for the last 3 years.
c)Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments, etc. (Optional)

Additional Occupation documents require for the below profile:
• Doctor – MCC (Medical Council Certificate),
• Lawyer – Bar Council Certificate,
• C.A. – Certificate of Chartered Accountant
